The composition was inspired by the opera "The Queen of Spades" by Peter Tchaikovsky. In the opening, the aroma of spices meets the orange blossom, and the heart is rose and jasmine. However, it is not the floral accords that focus on the perfection of this fragrance - they are only an addition to the incense and leather background. Thanks to this, 1890 presents a sharper and stronger version of femininity than the previous ones.
