1. Returns
You can return all goods and receive a full refund without giving any reason only within 14 days of delivery. The shipping cost is by the Customer. Except for this payment, you will not incur any additional costs for withdrawing from the contract.
Secure, pack and ship the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, with the note "return - online store",to the previously agreed address. The returned goods cannot show signs of use or damage.
In the case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you all money received under the contract, including the costs of delivery.
Please be advised that you will only bear the direct cost of returning the items (depending on the shipping method you choose).
2. Complaints
We do our best to ensure that the goods we offer are of full value. However, if the purchased product has physical defects or is damaged not due to your fault, you can make a complaint for it within 2 years of purchase.
We are responsible for any physical or legal defects of the products (warranty). However, we are not responsible for defects that arose as a result of improper use of the product, possible allergic reactions to the product, or in the case when the product packaging differs from the illustrative picture in the online store.
If the purchased goods were damaged during transport, accept the package and write down a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier. If you can, please take photos of the damage and attach to the complaint correspondence.
The product must be carefully packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transport (preferably use the packaging in which you received the parcel), fill in the complaint form and send the package together with the completed form.
Don’t forget to indicate in the form what the defect of the goods is, when it was noticed, also provide the expected form of recognition.
The shipping is covered by the online store.
- removing a product defect by delivering a replacement product or repairing it,
- other form of compensation agreed in advance with the store (e.g. voucher, gift card),
- requests to lower the purchase price (you leave the goods for yourself, we refund part of the purchase price),
- withdrawal from the contract in the case of significant defects.
We consider the complaint immediately after receiving it, the whole process usually lasts during several days.
We will inform you about the progress of the complaint, its acceptance, approval or rejection by e-mail, SMS or by phone.
If your complaint is accepted, you will receive the same new product. If the exchange is not possible, you will receive a refund. It is not possible to exchange it for another product.
